  • What is good software? Software that doesn't make me pay attention to it:

    • zotero
    • mailmate
    • emacs
    • upgrading is not difficult and it just works
    • I've used it and cannot recall a time where it was a pain
  • Software change is promo material, and also often okay, but consumer software does not need to chang ethat much. Industrial software does. But SaaS'ification means that consumer software starts to grow towards industrial software
